Than, looks like a great fixer upper for an investor.  Why does the bank require waiting until 2/9/2012?  I've never understood that - I would think they'd want to move these REO's ASAP?

I don't understand the dealy either. I know they want owner occupants first. BUt this property is beyond the scope that most OOs can handle. Especially, since most mortgage companies and banks have eliminated the 'sweat equity' option.
